Lace's Falls is a beautiful place. The waterfall is not very tall, and it's a favorite for the youth of the tribe to come diving into the waters. The waters in the pool are deep and clear, and nice and cool. The Trees are in a nice ring around the fall's clearing and there are several rocks around the pool that make nice places to sit. Wild flowers dot the grass all over the place.
But there's more to Lace's Falls then meets the eye. The falls are named after a light elemental called Lace, a bright young women with a compassionate heart like no other. On March 8th, Lace came to the falls to see a young boy of no more than five in the waters, drowning. Without even thinking about her own safety, Lace jumped into the water to save the boy. Though only a small boy, he put up a tremendous fight, thinking Lace as another threat rather than a help. Lace took in a lot of water trying to save the boy, and while struggling to get out of the pool, opened a cut on her leg when she hit up against the rocks.
Lace managed to get the boy back to the Tribe, where they were both taken to the medical tents. The boy was soon fine, and Aurora sent him back to the Tribe of Night where he belonged. Lace, on the other hand, soon died from blood loss and damage to her lungs.
Now, every year, on the day that she pulled the boy from the water, Lace's spirit will grant a wish to one person that she finds worthy of the opportunity. There's no way to predict who she will give the wish to, and no clue as to when, so people flock to the falls during the entire day.
~The day before Lace grants her wish, those wishing to have a chance at getting the wish should PM an admin. On the day of, a randomizer site will be used to choose who gets the wish. They may then thread it out with the person in charge of playing Lace.~
